In case you haven't heard, our executive leader, Ms. Diana Fox recently received the honor of Executive Director of the Year for the 2017 Inland Empire Academy Awards for Nonprofit Excellence which is sponsored by Wells Fargo.
The Academy for Grassroots Organizations (AGO) annually honors the region's top non-profits for their service to the Inland Empire. Ms. Fox was selected from more than 250 non-profits belonging to the Academy for Grassroots Organization. Honorees were recognized during a special luncheon at the Spring Valley Country Club in Victorville.
Under her leadership, Reach Out has grown from three programs, servicing only the West End of the Inland Empire, to now twenty-five programs that provide direct service to more than 30,000 youth and families across the Inland Region. Diana is quick to share the credit for the organization's success. “This award reflects the hard work and dedication of the Reach Out staff and our partners in helping to build our region. We work across many different sectors to improve the health and quality of life for our community,” she said. None-the-less, the agency's success can be tied directly back to Diana's vision and strategic leadership and we at IHPC congratulate her on this very deserving award!
